We are looking for highly experienced Senior Product Managers who strive to build high quality products for 100M+ consumers in a high pace and ever evolving environment. You'll have experience building multiple consumer-facing products, with the ability to motivate an organization towards a joint vision. You'll know how to get things done and are comfortable taking big decisions with the extensive accountability you have.
What you'll be doing...
building and owning a critical product or a group of consumer facing product with a real impact on millions consumers
setting a long term vision and working together with your empowered team towards your vision
acting as a founder and taking decisions in favor of the customer, even when it's hard or uncomfortable
defining what success looks like and using metrics to evaluate progress towards your goals
creating alignment on your vision, roadmap, and KPI's throughout the organization balancing qualitative insights with quantitative insights and validate hypotheses with users
ensuring a high level of engagement and involvement of the entire team towards delivering exceptional user experiences

Senior Product Manager VS Product Manager
At Klarna, levels are not connected to a role, instead they are a sign of your level of experience and skills. During the interview process we will evaluate your seniority of building products in comparison to our expectations, as a reference we believe a Senior Product Manager is someone who has:
• experience of building high quality products in a fast paced environment
• experience of multiple successful product deliveries- experience of owning a portfolio or area of products
• experience of enabling the full potential in other Product Managers
• a deep expertise in at least one area- demonstrated ability to drive change across an organization
