Vattenfall Business Division Renewables is responsible for wind power and biomass. Investments in wind power are an important cornerstone to deliver our road map. We plan, build and own onshore and offshore wind farms in five countries. Investments in biomass fuel are key to further reduce the emissions. We have about 430 employees.
BD Renewables work according to defined project models for our wind and biomass development projects. The models describe how investment projects are carried out from initiation until hand over to generation. Senior Process and Model Developer
The right person will mainly be responsible for identifying model improvements, develop applications and drive adaptations throughout our governance organization consisting of process owners from all involved functions.
Main tasks
• Identify process and model improvement needs throughout the Business Division
• Continuously improve existing models
• In cooperation with involved functions drive the implementation process for new and better applications
• Develop new models if needed
• Take active part in the development of other process and quality related activities within the division
Qualifications
You have a relevant higher technical degree and at least five years of experience from driving model development in a process oriented energy related organization. You are used to work in Management Systems and with process improvements tools such as Six Sigma or Lean. You need to be fluent in English since all our work-related communication is in written and spoken English.

To be successful in this position you will have to have the ability to take the initiative, work in close cooperation with others, analyse problems, find creative solutions and drive improvement processes. In other word a person who sees what has to be done and the ability and will-power to make it happen.
