ORGANIZATIONAL INTEGRATION OF THE POSITION

Within the framework of the owner's buy-and-build strategy, the objective is to successfully consolidate acquired companies into the Lowell Group, and to develop the activities required to increase the value of our Group. For this purpose, a Transformation and Integration Team has been established.

The Senior Manager Transformation & Integration is part of a team which is currently built up and reports to the Group Director Business Integration and Director Nordics Transformation and Integration who reports directly to the Managing Director of the Nordics Region and the Group Executive Board.



MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* The tasks, which are strongly entrepreneurially-oriented, cover both strategic projects and essential activities with a direct impact on the P&L.
* In detail, the position will include the following main tasks and responsibilities:
* The Senior Manager Transformation and Integration will be responsible for leading projects and follows through to the expected results, including facilitating steering committees and defining work plans, KPIs and business cases
* He/she will be in charge of the projects with a direct impact on the Nordics organization, and will liaise with colleagues in the UK and Germany on a regular basis
* Alongside designing the concept for new projects, the tasks include regular project controlling of the current initiatives, the constructive and critical analysis of deviations from targets and support in finding solutions to achieve the planned objectives
* Challenging the progress and benefits of the initiatives and supporting the business owners to deliver against the targets
* Carrying out detailed analysis for further preparation on strategic decisions



Status updates will take place on a regular basis in the team and with the respective Country and Nordics Executive leadership teams.



QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

* A sound educational background, University Degree with a focus on finance at a university or additional qualifications (MBA) required
* Three to five years of international business exposure and managing high-performance projects with a focus on strategic or financial analysis
* Work experience with business consulting companies with a focus on private equity or financial services, or with PE-oriented growth companies desirable
* The person should be able to demonstrate points of contact with PMI processes
* Experience in the financial services industry not necessary but an advantage
* Experience with modern management techniques and tools
* Able to tackle strategic challenges and handle day-to-day issues in an international project organization
* Fluent English

* Able to think and act strategically over the long term without neglecting day-to-day project issues; the ability to focus on key points
* Mature personality capable of interacting efficiently at executive management level
* Excellent listening skills, seeks broad input and feedback in a performance-oriented organization
* Has integrity with a clear commitment to the highest standards of professional and personal conduct and with strong interpersonal relationship skills
