Senior Manager Market Intelligence

As the Senior Manager Market Intelligence you'll be part of the Insights team, within the global Customer Experience department.

You will be responsible for enabling the Lynk & Co team to make better informed decisions by providing quality data sources and critical analysis. You will oversee all our research, working with conventional and finding new ways for research methods, e.g. social media.

You provide thought leadership thanks to your expertise and experience in mobility services areas or other service areas. You are familiar working with a wide range of databases.

Your role is highly collaborative and consultative; you will answer key business questions coming from different Lynk & Co departments. You will foster a climate of co-creation of intelligence and spread your knowledge.

We are looking for a person with a creative mind set, highly analytical, passionately inquisitive and excellent communications skills. You have a background in consumer research and have demonstrated progressive career growth and exceptional performance in this area.

Responsibilities and tasks

- Conduct primary and secondary researches
- Knowing the ins and outs of the business to analyze and interpret information incl. markets, competitors and customers
- Drive deep consumer understanding and ensure all marketing and product & services management projects are designed with the consumer at the heart
- Responsible for the development and implementation of market research plans
- Reach out to novel sources of expertise

Profile and Background

- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a consumer or analytics-oriented discipline (e.g. consumer marketing research, statistics, consumer psychology)
- Proven ability to effectively manage large-scale market research and budgets
- Ability to frame project, develop hypothesis, synthesize multiple data sources into compelling stories
- Previous experience working with extensive data sources
- Proficient with MS Office suite, Data visualization tools and applications i.e Power BI, Clickview, SQL Query, SPSS and Reporting Tools
