The Senior Manager Content Distribution belongs to the Marketing and Communications department and reports directly to the Director of Marketing and Communication. The purpose of this role is to lead and manage the global media and integrated communications channels to optimize impact on our marketing initiatives, which also includes integration of global consumer insights.
Description of responsibilities:
Insertion of consumer insights into media planning as well as the content development process.
Development and implementation of a global media strategy. Planning, synchronisation and optimization of media channels, connections and engagement platforms. Secure local relevance, implementation and follow-up in markets.
Lead and manage the global planning of media sponsorships and product placement initiatives.
Successfully lead and develop the Media planning and Content distribution department and the team within it.
Secure media coordination with Regions and National Sales Companies.
Development and maintenance of an efficient global asset distributions database and set-up to secure content is easily accessible for markets and other stakeholders. Secure tools that are easy to use and that facilitates for our markets to have the right content templates and guidelines.
Lead and manage our global Media agencies relation as well as content distribution partners to perform according to our objectives.
Competence requirements:
Strong business acumen and understanding of the role of marketing in the total business context.
Extensive experience with Marketing Communication planning.
Experience from global media planning and/or content distribution (bought/owned/earned).
Consumer driven with experience to work with global consumer insights.
Experience from leading global agency networks.
Experience from leading teams and good networking skills.
Embrace change, think broad and thrive under challenging conditions.
Have a holistic view, but still attention to details.
Strong analytical skills.
Good presentation skills.
Good computer skills.
English written and spoken.
