What you'll do
Design optimal organization & process to support the successful execution and continuous improvement of logistics across the business portfolios in EMEA, driving key logistics and business metrics
Drive the Distribution centers to become a trusted operation unit close to the customers which provide differential services
Improve logistics and fulfilment service for being a world class logistics partner to drive standardization and fulfillment
Be the owner for on-time delivery performance for end customers.
Lead, coach, train and mentor your team of 10 logistic and delivery fulfilment specialists.
Be the regional distribution focal point, developing close relationships and collaborations with business and cross functional operations teams, such as customer service, sales & service organizations.
Lead deviations monitoring actions in logistics & fulfilment processes impacting on time fulfilment and drive corrective actions, also leading the effort to ensure a comprehensive approach to identify, handle, monitor, and control fulfilment risks
Report out on business & fulfilment reviews, both internally and externally, and drive solutions for the distribution of products.
Who you are
Minimum of 10 years in Operational environment of Order fulfilment and Logistics Management, with previous managerial experience?
Proven communication skills, for all levels of internal and external partners.
Outstanding analytical skills, with demonstrated ability to synthesize large quantities of data into key messages & actions
Experience of improvement work using LEAN.
Bachelor degree with proven project management experience
As most of your team members will be located in Uppsala, Sweden, this will be the preferred location for the candidate we are looking for. However, since a large part of our customer service teams is located in Little Chalfont, UK, we will welcome applicants for this location as well!
