hela Sverige As Senior IT Security Officer you need to have the ability to create efficient and trustful collaboration with Group IT and Business Areas. You have an innovative and creative mind-set in order to inspire and challenge in your organization. You also have a strong quality focus and a personal drive to reach the objectives and targets set.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive/Follow up on:
• IT Security in Transport Solutions
• Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)
• IT Security architecture
• Input to strategic direction, long term plan and roadmaps
• Secure that solution and service architecture and roadmap are verified from an IT security perspective
• Provide advice and guidance to service providers in the delivery chain
• Participating in reviews of performance of IT security in both one time and runtime activities
Critical Competence and Skills Required
• Experience working with IT Security in complex and global environments
• Experience in connected vehicle solutions, embedded systems and Internet of Things
• Experience in implementing public key infrastructures (PKI)
Competence and Skills Required
• A university degree in engineering or computer science or similar
• Experience from software engineering and agile development
• Experience from infrastructure and service operation
• Have strong communication skills and customer focus
• Ability to establish and maintain good relations with your internal and external partners/stakeholders
• A global and agile mindset and also fluent in English - both written and spoken
• Security forensic investigations
Risk & Security is a global unit within Group IT responsible to ensure that an appropriate level of protection requirements is in place by:
• Establish and maintain the enterprise vision, strategy and program to ensure information assets in IT systems and technologies are adequately protected
• Directs staff in identifying, developing, implementing and maintaining processes across the organization to reduce IT risks and capture learning's from compliance activities.
• Perform process & IT related compliance activities.
• Risk & Security unit are working in close relationship with various stakeholders in the Group and has specific responsibilities for the Enterprise Security and the Compliance, Audit & Risk management in
• Risk & Security unit reports to the Group CIO.
Enterprise IT Security
The mission for Enterprise IT Security is to secure an appropriate information security protection level thru establishment and implementation of IT Security Directives. The function is responsible for security monitoring, threat analysis, security incident management and governance of identity and access management. Cyber security in transport solutions and in embedded systems is an important area with increased focused of the functions responsibilities.

We are now looking for a Senior IT Security Officer with experience from IT Security in innovative technologies as connected and autonomous vehicles, embedded systems and IT Security in transport solutions.
You have strong professional expertise in IT security and have the ability to understand complex principles and apply them practically. You can present security concepts or findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
