Job description
Since start of the year we're building a common HR Operations Team for all divisions within Epiroc Rock Drills in Örebro, with the aim to align the HR work and make a strong and efficient team.
Now we're looking for a new team member to be part of this interesting challenge.
As Senior HR Business Partner you're responsible for contributing to and implementing HR strategic work, including strategy, tactical development and operational planning to secure business needs in the division you're primarily supporting.
You're part of the local management team in the division, supporting GM regarding People Management and organizational decisions.
Together with the HR Operations team you're also collaborating and working with the extended Rock Drill AB's HR network to maintain alignment in the function.

Main work tasks
You will have a wide range of different tasks but the following are the main examples:
* Responsible for implementing and using the leadership model in the division
* Drive and participate in continuous improvement projects within HR
* Give input to vision, mission, strategy and structure in the division
* Ensure support to GM and Management Team re leadership development
* Coaching managers in HR related matters
* HR responsible in the division for Salary Review process, Talent and Leadership Review process and Performance Management process
* Provide senior support in labor law issues
Organize and execute leadership workshops

Requirements
You take pride in the HR delivery and see a clear connection to our business results. You have at least five years of broad experience from senior HR roles. You are curious and want to drive continuous improvement. You have a positive attitude and focus on the opportunities at hand. You are motivated by interacting with people and providing advice and coaching.

Educational requirements
University degree within the HR field.
