hela Sverige We are now looking for a Senior Hardware engineer for a direct recruitment to RGNT motorcykles in Kungsbacka!
RGNT is the No. 1 Swedish manufacturer of electrical motorcycles. With
a belief in quality and sustainability in their minds, they manufacture bikes designed for a clean
ride.
As Hardware engineer, you can look forward to an exciting role in the midst of our agile
development. You will work closely with the cross functional team to develop the future of
electric mobility. Your role will contain both operative and strategic tasks ranging from taking
a PCB idea through concept all the way to production and testing, making schematics, BoM,
setting up and designing for EMC tests, specifying hardware- and system requirements. You
will act as product owner for multiple hardware components and will work closely with both
internal and external partners to ensure continuous refinement.

for taking on the tasks required for RGNT to succeed. You love to invent but still keep order
around you. You have a genuine passion for the journey of bringing truly great products to
life and love working with a cross-functional team.
Requirements:
• You should have a M.Sc degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Physics
• or equivalent qualifications.
• You have at least 5 years of Automotive PCB development at an Automotive
• company or with other relevant products.
• You have extensive experience in PCB design softwares such as Altium or other
• relevant software
• Extensive knowledge of regulatory requirements such as Electrical Safety, EMC,
• EMI, ROHS and certifications
Our wishes:
• You have knowledge about designing power electronics, embedded systems
• You have experience with laws and regulations affecting EV vehicles.
• If you don't already have a motorcycle licence in your wallet, you are eager to get
• one!
