To accelerate this shift and strengthen our capabilities, we're now investing in growing by hiring additional Node.js developers.

Autonomy: Be part of a team that controls its own product decisions What you will do:
Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing products and the development of new ones within the product team
Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and stakeholders to shape product vision and technical direction
Participate in discussions and decisions related to architecture, implementation, and prioritization
Take ownership of code quality, performance, and maintainability through testing, reviews, and refactoring
Support and maintain production systems, ensuring reliability and stability
Foster strong cross-functional relationships and actively contribute to a collaborative team culture
Node.js Journey: Play a central role in our Node.js journey. While we have some services already running in production, this is just the beginning
We believe you are: We see that you are an experienced developer with documented, commercial experience of working with the Node ecosystem. As our current architecture still includes Ruby components, we think that you are willing to learn and navigate the Ruby code base.
Experience from data-driven product development with short iterations and experimentation
Team Collaboration: Experience working in team settings, especially in medium to large multicultural/global companies
Extensive experience and proficiency with other programming languages and eco systems. Meritorious frameworks: NestJS, Ruby on Rails, Typescript, React, and Next.js
Your technical expertise likely includes several of the following areas:
JavaScript - Proficiency in ES5, ES6+, and asynchronous programming
Node.js - In-depth knowledge of Node.js and its ecosystem and frameworks (e.g., NestJS)
Web Applications - Proven experience in driving architecture and system design, as well as developing and maintaining complex web-based applications in production environments
RESTful APIs - Experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs
GraphQL - Familiarity with best practices for implementing and maintaining GraphQL APIs
Database Management - Proficiency with relational databases such as PostgreSQL
Cloud Services - Familiarity with AWS, Docker, and CircleCI, including deployment and scaling of Node.js services in cloud environments
Testing and Debugging - Skilled in testing and debugging Node.js applications to ensure performance and reliabilit
