hela Sverige On behalf of our client we are currently looking for a Senior Financial Analyst. Our client has an innovative, team-oriented and high-energy culture. As Senior Financial Analyst and team member of our rapidly growing company, you will have significant impact on our company's growth and success.
Main tasks:
• Prepare, review and submit monthly financial forecast templates
• Track expenses and revenues vs. budget and analyze any variances with the responsible operational manager
• Prepare monthly management financial and operating reports
• Prepare and submit financial variance explanations to Corporate Finance
• Support the annual budget and long-range planning processes
• Evaluate profit and cost efficiencies in various areas of the organization as needed
• Develop, maintain and distribute as-hoc reports and financial models as needed
• Work with colleagues in Corporate Finance (US) to streamline and improve the forecast process
• Support change initiatives including transition to a forecasting platform, implementing a driver-based forecast and implementing a rolling forecast
• Build relationships throughout the organisation
• Minimize variances vs forecast - budget
• Build an internal reporting structure towards Operational Managers
Qualifications:
• Bachelor equivalent mandatory Accounting, Finance or Economics
• Minimum of 3 years experience in reporting, consolidation and financial analysis. Experience in Software Industry a plus, not required.
• Accounting / USGAAP knowledge preferred
• Previous experience in a multinational environment including coordinating the efforts of and liaising with team members in other countries required
• Knowledge of ERP systems is highly desired.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word,). Demonstrated experience using Excel to build and maintain complex financial models as well as perform financial and data analysis.
• Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects, as well as strong follow through skills
• Excellent communication skills, interpersonal and written skills
• Ability to complete projects timely and accurately critical
• Must be detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic, global environment
• Strong problem solving skills
• Creative thinker
• Very strong drive, dedication and work ethic.
