Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
• Safe Operations, ensuring Safety and Environmental requirements on site.
• Qualitative operations, ensuring quality of process steps and products
• Capacity of Manufacturing with efficient OEE, manning and cost-efficient operations
• P&L responsibility NV Labs
• Optimization of manufacturing through continuous improvements in cooperation with other departments within the company
• Strategic and tactical planning for Manufacturing
Requirements:
Qualifications and experience
• University technical degree or equivalent with research
• > 10 years of experience within Process Industry in a Mgr position with white and blue collar employees
reporting.
• Merits: Battery manufacturing, Clean room/Dry room, Start up company experience, ISO9001,
International company experience, Swedish and European legislation,
Specific skills:
• English fluently oral and written · Lean/CI/Six Sigma/Agile Manufacturing
• Excellent in leadership
