We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about making a difference in the world of mobile robots.
Position Overview
As a Senior Data Scientist, you will be part of our Engineering department, along with 80+ other engineers working within embedded systems, system software as well as windows applications and web services.
You will play a key role in the Operation & Visualization Team, developing tools that provide real-time insights into the fleet of mobile robots. Our goal is to help customers understand how their system behaves and why, to ensure we deliver on their expectations of a robust, efficient, and 24/7 intralogistics solution.
Your main mission is to drive our data science efforts by using data to generate insights, optimize product performance, and inspire innovation. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will be the thought leader of data and AI strategy in the company. You will guide us towards becoming a data-driven organization. In addition, you will champion the adoption of Generative AI technologies in our solutions.

To achieve the mission and success of this position, we believe you already have:
University degree in Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields.
At least 5 years of experience working as a Data Scientist, preferably with a software development background.
Experience designing and implementing statistical models in production-grade software.
Proven track record of driving AI strategy and implementing AI solutions.
Ability to think strategically and envision future possibilities.
Excellent communication skills in English, and preferably in Swedish.
Experience in stakeholder management.
Dedication to challenging the status quo to create breakthrough innovations.
Technologies:
Analytics: Python (pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib/Plotly, Statsmodels/scikit-learn, PyTorch).
Data: SQL and NoSQL; strong understanding of data modeling, data transformation, and data quality principles.
Cloud: Azure (preferred); experience collaborating on cloud-based analytics and data access.
Generative AI: Solid understanding of Generative AI principles, knowledge of relevant frameworks (LangChain), NLP tools (NLTK), and integration with LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI API).
Nice-to-have: Ability to contribute to production software (C#/React) is appreciated.
