The Quality & Warranty Analytics Center of Expertise team is responsible setting the strategic roadmap for both analytics methods as well as providing expert data analytics and support to the business.
We can offer you to play a key role in supporting business and leading the development of advanced analytics to ensure world class customer and quality performance. In this position you will belong to a global GTT team, joining colleagues who share your passion for analytics.
Main Activities and Responsibilities
As a Senior Data Analyst you will be part of developing, and implementing quality and warranty analytics strategies and associated roadmaps. In this position you will also be part of strategic projects, providing business support and to initiate activities required to achieve defined objectives.
• Support development and implementation of quality and warranty analytics strategies and roadmaps
• Participate in strategic projects and coordinate actions to support the achievement of defined objectives
• Improve operational excellence
• Solve complex challenges in areas of data mining and optimization
• Support the solving of urgent quality issues with advanced analytics
• Visualize data in an appropriate format

Qualifications
We believe that you are passionate for quality and are willing to provide the best customer satisfaction experience. You are a team player with good listening and communication skills. As a Senior Data Analyst you are creative and have an analytical and logical mindset. You are able to perform well in distributed teams.
Requirements
• Master of Science or equivalent.
• Data analytics experience, preferable using SAS Analytics and statistics software
• Strong analytical skills in combination with creativity, drive and target orientation
• Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written
• Experience from engineering, aftermarket and/or quality and warranty area is a merit
