This role is very central in our team as it covers many areas. You really like to work with both customers and colleagues and continuously strengthen relationships. It is a chance to learn about system ownership as well as to work with all of Tacton departments. We are looking for someone who is interested to develop as a team leader and wants to take a first step in that direction.
You will be based in our headquartered in the center of Stockholm. You will report to the VP Customer Support.
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you'll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.
The areas of responsibilities are:
System Responsibility (30%)
• Being responsible for both KB and TSS 's maintenance, development and communication.
• Insure that both application are developed in the best way for both internal and external user experience.
• Secure the processes as well as the communication about the applications internally and externally.
• Insure user satisfaction and report about it
Project Management (40%)
• Coordinating project schedules, resources, and information.
• Liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
• Ensuring that clients' needs are met as the project evolves.
• Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project processes, documentation, plans and reports.
Support Consulting (10%)
• Supporting our Customers within SLAs within your area of expertise
Leadership (10%)
• Being the point of contact for the team if needed when manager out of site.
• Being the escalation point of contact for Support both internally and externally if needed.
• Coach your colleagues to develop both their technical and personal skills.
Process improvement (10%)
• Work continuously with process improvements within the team
• Work with process and transition from Project to Customer Support
• Relationship Marketing
• Continuous ITIL implementation
Advantage:
