Compliance is at the heart of everyday business and a top priority area for the bank, and we are currently building capabilities to manage and support both existing as well as new regulatory reporting requirements.

The position we offer
Group Functions Information & Reporting (GFIR) is a new centralised unit, with the mission to develop and maintain common information and reporting through unified processes, organization and platform from an end-to-end perspective. The unit is currently supporting around 50 existing regulatory reporting processes, and new regulations effecting the reporting will come into force the next couple of years.
You will be part of the Business Development team within GFIR, a highly skilled team where you will work in a positive and developing environment that provides room for professional growth.
As a Business Analyst you will translate business requirements into data demands, functional designs and reporting processes.
Your main responsibilities will be:
• Take a role in pre-studies and prepare phases in projects and improvements.
• Be the business driver or Solution Matter Expert (SME) in projects and improvements.
• Sign-off of functional designs and data quality tests.
• Ensure alignment to business architecture.
• Provide end-user support to customers within Group Functions and Business Areas.
• Integration tests and support stakeholders in acceptance tests.
You will work together with our stakeholders, the regulatory framework owners, as well as with our IT department.
Business Development is managing a large regulatory project portfolio, and we are responsible for the execution. As Business Analyst you will participate in projects and programmes, but also support with analysis on ad-hoc basis.
The qualifications you need
You have strong analytical skills with high motivation, result orientation, and a drive to deliver with high quality on time. You already have project experience and if you have worked with regulatory related initiatives before, it's an advantage.
We further believe that you have following qualifications:
• Academic degree in economics or finance, business administration or engineering.
• Experience from working with data analysis, and relevant tools like SQL and SAS.
• Project experience and good understanding of how to drive change.
• Understanding of regulatory reporting requirements as FINREP, COREP, FATCA, CRS, AnaCredit or credit reporting.
• Business knowledge within Banking.
• Great communication skills.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Be able to drive tasks independently.
