We currently have the following job opening;
Senior Analysis & Verification Engineer
As a Senior A&V Engineer within the Safety Electronics & Functions area you are working with field analysis and the test of the Restraints Electronic system. The tests are performed both in system rigs and in complete vehicles on test tracks, public roads and in workshops. Field analysis will be done on customer vehicles in the field and travelling will be required. Further on, you will work closely with system engineers, function owners, project managers as well as test lab and vehicle coordinators. You will also be supporting and mentoring the A&V team with testing and design verification method development in our sites in Gothenburg (Sweden) and Hangzhou Bay (Close to Shanghai in China).
Responsibilities and tasks
• Perform field analysis in the field as well as in workshop
• Perform complete vehicle test on test tracks as well as on public roads
• Analyze field analysis result and complete test results and write test reports
• Suggest improvements and simplifications to current test methods
• Report back to the test requestor
• Mentoring and coaching the A&V team
Profile and Background
• Minimum 7 -10 years of work experience
• Minimum B.Sc. Electrical, Mechatronics or Computer Engineering or similar.
• Good knowledge of EE systems in cars
• Experience of automotive function and/or systems verification and/or specifying verification methods for automotive use
• Good knowledge about product development
• Fluent in English (Speaking and Writing)
• Experienced driver
• Experience from driving on test tracks is meritorious
• Experience within passive safety and restraint electronics is meritorious
• Drivers License Type B
• Ability to Travel
