More specific areas are - Management window towards our Chinese ODM's functions to optimize Anima's interaction with them. - Set way of working and process between ODM & Anima. - Support Sourcing, Supply & Quality operations in China towards ODM and component suppliers. - Be part of China market research. - Support Chinese staff recruitment and location of these in strategic locations in China. Position is based in Animas office in Malmö but includes frequent travel to China/Asia.
Main qualifications for the position are - Senior manager and leadership experience from Chinese industry, preferable within Consumer electronics. - Specific areas of deeper knowledge within Manufacturing, Sourcing, Supply, Quality. - Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English, speaking & writing
