About the job LC&I Accounting is a department within Group Finance that is responsible for the accounting and reporting of financial products for Large Corporates & Institutions, a business area within Swedbank. To ensure high quality and efficiency in our services we have a close collaboration and interaction with specialists and controllers in LC&I, Valuation and other areas within Group Finance and the Swedbank Group. Our team is involved in projects and activities to support the road map for transformation to meet the future expectations on Group Finance and Swedbank.
LC&I Accounting areas of responsibility include:
Trading accounting
Reconciliations
Monthly closing of the accounts
Analyses
Reporting
Projects and change initiatives
What you need to succeed You may have work experience from a variety of areas to succeed in this role, but most important is your positive mindset, can-do attitude and willingness to develop and learn. As we are working in an ever-changing environment, we believe it is essential that you have an open minded attitude towards new ways of working and a strong drive and motivation for improvements.
We think that the ideal candidate has:
University degree in finance or other relevant science
Knowledge and experience from accounting/bookkeeping
Strong analytical skills
Ability to communicate fluently in English
Good knowledge of Excel and other MS Office tools
You will benefit from having knowledge and interest in Legal and regulatory reporting
Programming/query languages
Work in projects
Financial markets and products
