HCL's Nordic journey began in 1999 with a regional headquarters in Stockholm. Today we have 6 local offices and 3 Delivery Centers with over 2500 consultants doing transformational work for over 30 Nordic customers.
We are now in the process of establishing a Cyber Security Fusion Center (CSFC) in Gothenburg for the European market.
For the CSFC we are now looking for different roles where Security analysts L3 are one.
The objectives are to manage and administer security technologies for HCL and its Global customers.
Provide Lead technical/3rd line support on all, including complex security issues and projects (implementation) - liaising with customer representatives or vendors and supporting/directing other support staff where appropriate. This will include the support of existing products and new product implementation that come under the responsibility of the security team.

Responsibilities
• Work on complex / escalated incidents, problems and changes within the Operational environment.
• Manage, lead and prioritize a team of Security Analysts working in operational environment, provide level 3 operational support and own achieving SLAs for agreed service metrics.
• Provide leadership and training to technical support staff including mentoring of 2nd line support staff to improve diagnostic skills and encouraging them to achieve security product accreditation.
• Carry out Security Solutions Technical Consultancy and implementation in support of customer project work.
• Form an integral part of a 24 hour support rota to provide 24x7 support to the customer.
• Produce scripts and supporting documentation to allow the 2nd line diagnostic team to undertake remote software downloads configuration changes and implementation of new customer projects.
• Attend meetings on behalf of the team and line manager.
Skills :
Education and / or Experience Recommended:
Bachelor degree in IT
Professional/Technical Competencies:
Mandatory:
• 7-10 years of hand-on experience in operation and management of security infrastructure.
• Experience in Upgrades, Solution designing and implementation of various security products.
• Should be willing to work in 24x7 shifts.
• Demonstrated knowledge of ITIL principles and processes.
• Demonstrated knowledge of security domains and best practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, VISIO and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills with the demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with peers and communicate at all levels within the organization.
• Ability to provide Tier 3 support and manage complex and escalated tickets in production environment.
• Leadership skills to deliver quality service in individual role or manage a team of engineers to deliver service as per agreed SLAs.
• Ability to communicate (both written & oral) clearly with various internal stakeholders and customer
Highly Desirable:
• Good hands on experience in configuring firewall policies, VPN access, Intrusion Prevention system (IPS), Intrusion detection system (IDS), Web application firewall.
• Experience on working in a global support environment, experience of ticketing-tools and exposure to ITIL processes in context of service operations is a plus.
• Should have good understanding of End-point Security - End-point Protection.
• Should have hands on experience on content filtering - Web Security gateways.
• Should have in-depth knowledge of Vulnerability Assessment.
• The incumbent should have knowledge of SIEM tools.
• Minimum professional level certification on one or multiple technologies listed above.
• Experience of providing support to international customers in live environment or working in Security Operation Centre (SOC) is an advantage.
• Expert level understanding of networking & security concepts.
-Technical certification on security technologies / products like CCNP Security / CISSP /CCIE etc.
• The incumbent should have good understanding and hand on experience on below:
o Firewalls Cisco ASA, CheckPoint, Palo Alto
o VPN CheckPoint VPN, IPSec, SSL
o IDS/IPS CheckPoint IPS
o PIM Cyber Ark
o Content Filtering Barracuda WAF, Reverse Proxy
o 2-F Authentication Secure-ID
o AntiVirus Symantec, TrendMicro
o SIEM HP Arch sight
