Job Description
Perido is searching for a Secretary for our client, an independent and important agency of the European Union. The position is placed at their beautiful office nicely located in Stockholm.
In this assignment you will take on a broad and exciting role that offers an ever-changing workday. You will become a part of a specific unit within the agency, and you will be responsible for:
• Provide administrative support to the Procurement Section
• Administer correspondance and notifications to tenderers and contractors
• Administrative and clerical support: archive all relevant documents, prepare letters to contractors, register contracts in the registration system
To be successful in this role you need the ability to take initiative as well as a high level of discretion and ability to handle confidential matters. You have a high level of service orientation and experience in organizing work and prioritizing accordingly. Furthermore we believe that you enjoy teamwork and to communicate with team members, colleagues and external resources. Required qualifications
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant/secretary
• Knowledge of business flows and other related procurement and financial workflows
• Excellent skills in preparing correspondence and other documentation
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
• Excellent command of English; oral and written
Advantageous:
• Experience of a multicultural working environment
Contract type and hours
Full time. Start as soon as possible. Three (3) months assignment with probable extension (up to the total length of 12 months).
