Tele2 IoT are now looking for a Scrum Master
This is the job....
As a Scrum Master, you will report to the IoT Chief Technical Officer (CTO) and be responsible for working within the Engineering team and with the Product Management team and partners to design, create and deliver innovative digital products and services to extend the machine-to-machine (M2M) and Internet of Things (IoT) portfolio.
Are you a highly organized person with a flexible and action-oriented mindset with experience in Scrum? Tele2 IoT are looking for a Scrum Master to manage complex Agile software development programs and projects to completion. Versatility, intellectual curiosity and an eager willingness to deep dive into specifics to make a product loved by customers is what will be expected from you.
Key responsibilities:
General
- Interact with key Business Stakeholders, Product managers, Engineering teams, Technologist and Developers
- Build project roadmaps and lead the development of complex projects and programs
- Manage geographically distributed development teams, third-party vendors and partners
- Be the scrum master for 2 to 3 scrum teams. You will need to organize and facilitate release planning, daily scrum meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint planning, demos, and other Scrum-related meetings.
- Ensure team is practicing the core agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability, and visibility
- Assist team with making appropriate commitments through user story selection, point estimation and task definition
- Assess the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coach the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization.
- Track and communicate team velocity and sprint/release progress
- Communicate and manage key issues and risks
- Work with product owners to drive backlog clarity
This is what you have...
- University education in business and/or technology or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years of experience in a software focused program/technical project management with 3+ years of work experience as a scrum master
- Experience in Continuous Integration (CI)/ Continuous Delivery (CD), Test Driven Development (TDD).
- Experience in using JIRA , Jira tools and customizing it based on the team needs (Custom workflow definitions, Test management)
- Experience in organizing Scrum Ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Sprint retro, Backlog refinement, Scrum, SoS)
- Experience in Story Point estimation technique
- Experience with generating sprint/release level reports (Burn-down/ Burn-up charts,
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Experience in M2M / IoT beneficial but not qualifying
