Description
A Scrum Master's daily activities are to facilitate all team meetings, including daily scrum, iteration planning, iteration review and retrospective.
• Be an ambassador for the agile way-of-working at the organization
• Facilitates coordination not only with other teams , but also with the System Team, Architecture, and Shared Services.
• Act as a change agent and use the learning points of the Scrum Team to push for changes in the organization.
• Focus on ever-improving team dynamics and performance.
Mandatory competence and experience:
• PSM I or higher, CSM or higher is mandatory
• Awareness and experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games.
• Participates actively in creating a good work culture, where they together find the best solutions. This means that you can work both independently and together with others
• Proven ability to independently capture & share information through formal written documentation in English. Fluent in verbal and written communication is a must requirement for this role.
• Experience from large organisation with outsourced IT and in this context have worked with distributed application maintenance and development.
Preferred competence and experience:
• Overall knowledge about SAP SD is a merit.
• Scandinavian language skills (Se, Dk, No) is considered a merit for this role.
• SAFe SM or similar certifications is nice to have but not a requirement
• Having Covid-19 in mind we will prefer a candidate who does not need to re-locate to Stockholm region.
• Distance/on-line/work from home will apply but expectations is that the candidate will be working from Stockholm when applicable.
Leadership qualities, with:
• Proven experience of working with multiple stakeholders and organizational interfaces.
• Integrity and objective with strong personal skills in building working relationships in multi-cultural environment
• Be comfortable with asking the hard questions and not to be afraid to voice your opinion.
