Who are we
The ART InCar Remote Control Application (ARTIRCA) consist of approx. 20 agile teams focusing on mainly software development to create a word leading in-car digital experience. We are now looking for a scrum master that can work together with two development teams. One team develops and tests the logic and the HMI for downloading SW updates to the vehicle. The other team is responsible for navigation and maps in our vehicles. You will work in a creative environment, within an ART that is constantly implementing new functionality, where we focus on both developing the product but also the individuals. We are organized according to SAFe and want to build empowered self-organizing teams that act proactively, take responsibility and strive to build a great product for the end customer.
What you will do
As a Scrum Master you will continuously work with coaching the Scrum teams, refining the team's processes, facilitating Scrum ceremonies and removing impediments. You will have a close collaboration with the Product Owners, Team managers and other people with interface to the team. As a Scrum Master you will be part of a Scrum Master community to share experience, ideas and contribute to drive change throughout the whole ART. Part of your role will be to communicate status, escalate and track issues when required and be transparent in documentation and communication.
Who are you
We are looking for you who have a B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Electronics, Computer Science or equivalent with relevant work experience as a Scrum Master.
To thrive in this role, we believe you have very good practical and theoretical knowledge of agile principles. You are skilled in servant leadership, communication and collaboration. Leading teams, motivating and creating confidence in other comes natural for you. You are engaged with a curious, open-minded and positive approach. You like structure and have things organized and well planned. Since we are a global organisation is fluency in English a must.
