Mobenga is looking for a Scrum Master

As a Scrum Master at Mobenga, you will be a part of at least one development team as well as our Scrum Master team. You will drive Scrum "by the book" both internally and externally (however primarily with internal focus) and your responsibilities will include coaching and supporting both development teams and Product Owners towards continuous improvements without cutting corners.

Main responsibilities:

• Making sure all Scrum rules are followed
• Protecting the Team from external noise during the iteration
• Helping the Team to remove the obstacles that prevent the team from proceeding
• Coaching Product Owner in managing the Product Backlog, User Stories and using the Release Burndown Chart
• Coaching the Team in using Sprint Backlog, User Stories and the Sprint Burndown Chart
• Facilitating Sprint Planning Meeting, Daily Scrum Meetings, Product Backlog Refinement Meetings, Sprint Review Meetings and Sprint Retrospective Meetings
• Working with other Scrum Masters on standardizing the practices according to Scrum
• Working to create team spirit and being an example for others
• Promoting Continuous Integration, Unit Test Automation, Functional Test Automation, Regression Test Automation and other "best practices"
• Promoting volunteering for tasks in various areas (programming, testing, test automation, documentation, CI etc.)
• Promoting pull, self-organization and cross functionality
Ideal requirements:

• Pure Scrum experience, not Scrum with "adaptations"
• Proven record of Scrum implementations
• Coaching approach rather than striving for command and control person
• Strong communication skills and ability to drive constructive discussions
• Being able to solving root causes, not symptoms
• Passionate about Scrum and understanding its core values/benefits
• Prestigeless and with a positive attitude
• Passion for problem solving
• Software development background
• Interest or experience in the betting and/or sports domain
• Curious, interested in devices/gadgets in general, mobile application development and new technology
