MVV was founded in 1990 as a software company with focus on balancing manufacturing processes. We also have a fast growing consulting company with approximately 60 employees and a broad experience in both product and production development. Primarily, MVV:s customers are in the areas of automotive, oil/gas and robotics/automation.
To suit the role as a consultant at MVV, we believe that you are positive, driven and outgoing. Since almost all of our assignments are on site it is important to be humble and able to listen to the customer's needs. You are also independent and solution-oriented.
Position description:
Professional Qualifications:
• Good understanding of software development
• Experience as Scrum Master or working with agile methods
• Agile knowledge and experience
• Fluent in English, oral and written
Personal Qualifications:
• Self-motivated with a proven ability to challenge, take initiatives and a drive
• Genuine interest in team dynamics and agile development
• Structured with great communication skills
• Proven ability of building long term relationships with colleagues
• Collaborative and communicative
• Holistic mind-set.
Meritorious Qualifications:
• Experience in development of complex systems (mainframe technology is a merit)
• Scrum Master certified (PSM)
• Proven ability of systematically driving change in large organizations
• Working as project manager, team leader and/or coach
• Experience as facilitator
