We believe in the power of technology and integrated services to move the industry forward and create easy access to outstanding services and a smooth customer experience.
About the roleAs a Scrum Master in one of our Salesforce development teams, you are responsible for driving effective agile ways of working and ensuring a smooth and predictable delivery flow. You help the team stay focused, coordinated, and continuously improving while keeping business goals at the center of the process.
You work closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to maintain clarity, resolve impediments, and strengthen the team's long-term delivery capability. Your role is both facilitative and strategic - guiding the team in daily work while contributing to stronger collaboration, better planning, and sustainable pace.
You will work with:* Facilitating key ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, refinement, and reviews.
• Removing obstacles and ensuring the team maintains a stable and efficient delivery flow.
• Supporting the Product Owner in backlog management, prioritization, and value slicing.
• Monitoring key team metrics like velocity, cycle time, and quality indicators, and helping the team improve over time.
• Promoting continuous improvement through structured experimentation and actionable insights.
• Strengthening communication and collaboration within the team and across the organization.
• Ensuring that agile principles are applied pragmatically and adapted to the team's real needs.
Your profile* Several years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Team Coach, or similar role in a software development environment.
• Background in software development or Salesforce Administration.
• Experience working in agile development contexts and guiding cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• Ability to identify dependencies, uncover blockers, and maintain strong structure in the team's delivery process.
• Experience coaching teams and product owners in agile practices, prioritization, and effective collaboration.
• Comfortable working with hybrid or distributed teams.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken. Fluency in Swedish is a plus.
Certifications (nice to have)* Scrum Master certifications such as CSM, PSM I/II, or equivalent.
• Additional agile or facilitation certifications are a plus but not required.
Who you are* Communicative, structured, and confident in navigating a dynamic environment.
• Curious and eager to understand both current processes and new opportunities for improvement.
• Proactive and solution-oriented - you take the initiative to clarify, support, and strengthen delivery.
• Motivated by building sustainable team practices grounded in transparency, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Driven by helping others succeed and creating a stable rhythm where the team can perform at its best.
