The second phase of our global ERP implementation project, where we went live with SAP in our European Distribution center and our European Operating Units is now in the final stage. After completion, the journey continues with implementing our SAP-solution in Asia and improvements of the global template based on transformation of business processes and new requirements.
Aiming to deliver an SAP based solution worldwide, we are now expanding our SAP Competence Center with an SAP Specialist within the Logistics area, who will play a key role in our journey forward. This position will be a genuine part of the organization where you will be part of a global context with the possibility to impact business processes.
As an SAP Specialist, you will work at our headquarters in Gothenburg at our SAP Competence Center. Our Competence Center is one of the Global IT Coesia Competence Centers, a worldwide team organized by Business Processes, and functionally reporting to the Application Senior Manager, based in Bologna, Italy.
Main activities and responsibilities
• Manage the change management for SAP requirements of the business in coordination with Coesia SAP Competence Center
• Support external Application Maintenance Partners in incidents/problems resolution
• Work closely with business referents to prioritize goals, needs and helps to implement the most efficient and cost-effective ICT solutions
• Business requirements analysis for change requests chartering, prioritization and business case preparation by collaborating with Key Users, leveraging on the support and guidance of Coesia Global Business Analysts
• Manage small to mid-sized projects within the SAP logistics area in close cooperation with IT Global Business Analysts
In order to accomplish these activities, you will cooperate with both internal and external resources. The position will require availability to travel to some extent, mainly depending on the project.
Who are you?
• Documented SAP experience implementing SAP Logistics Processes i.e. SD, MM, PP, WM, either as a consultant or within an IT department in a global group
• Genuine interest in business development and strong understanding of business processes.
• Project Management capabilities and change management skills
• Have a university degree or extensive business experience
• Enjoy problem solving, have customer orientation and acts proactively
• Excellent written and verbal English is essential in this role
• Enjoy team work
Thanks to your long experience in process analysis, you can easily identify problems and obstacles. Having a positive attitude and system expertise you will be able to help us optimize already existing processes according to the models and standards defined by the Coesia group.
With your people skills and experience of working in a multicultural and international environment, you will easily interact with colleagues within FlexLink and the Coesia group.
