hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Excentech Solutions AB i Stockholm Excentech Solutions AB is looking for a SAP SD Functional Consultant having multiple Industry experience which includes atleast 3 years of SAP SD and SAP CRM.
Experience in Design and Customization of CRM applications, Configuring Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Applications, CRM Customer Interaction Center(CIC), CRM Marketing, CRM Tele Sales and Service, Sales and Distribution (SD) modules of SAP R/3 is required for this job role.
Good configuration knowledge of cross application components like ALE/EDI Idocs is also essential.
Excellent Communication, Consulting and ability to work in a global cross cultural environment are a pre-requisite.
Study and map business processes ensuring alignment with ERP application best practices.
• Document and/or review user requirements.
• Prepare business blueprints per user requirements.
• Prepare functional design and specifications.
• End-to-End Production Support of SD/CRM module.
• Assist business in creation of test plans and develop cutover plans.
• Understanding of business processes being supported by ERP application module. Ability to maintain and enhance Company installed ERP functionality.
• Ability to problem solve and resolve issues with assigned module and/or functionality.
• Working knowledge of ASAP methodology.
• ? Production support / Error analysis and resolution of help desk tickets for SD/CRM Module
• Understanding of cross module integration points and demonstrated ability to design integrated solutions across ERP modules.
• Understanding of ERP integration tools and ability to design solutions utilizing these tools as point of entry for external applications.
• Design custom solutions utilizing ERP standard functionality.
The role will be based in Stockholm, but might be required to travel within Sweden based on project.
