Tetra Pak Global Information Management (Global IM) supports the Tetra Pak Group with all aspects of Information Management. We set the information management strategy and standards, and work together with Tetra Pak's Global Process Owners to automate our business processes making sure we run projects and services that provide the greatest value for Tetra Pak and its customers. Global IM has approximately 750 employees at four main sites: Chakan in India, Lund in Sweden, Denton in the USA and in Singapore.
Tetra Pak Global Information Management is currently seeking an analyst who is able to demonstrate strong SAP SCM-APO competence to join the "business-IT" Supply Chain Management (SCM)/APO Projects and Service Delivery Team (SDT). Team members work as a pool of resources with assignments to SCM related projects, GAPs (small developments) and service support activities as driven by demands from the business.
The job position is located in Lund. However, some travelling for project purposes is expected.
Main responsibilities:
This SCM resource will be working on various business applications to support Tetra Pak's core business units. These business applications, will be based on the SAP SCM's technology such as Demand Planning (DP), Supply Network Planning (SNP) and more.
The SCM Team is located at four locations: Lund, Sweden; Denton, Texas, US; Singapore and Chakan, India.
As this is a global team, the individual must have some flexibility for meetings / phone calls outside normal business hours.
Main roles -
a) Service team member and or
b) Project team member
c) Other roles as needed by the organization e.g. continuous improvement gaps, project pre-study preparation (PfPS), etc.
As a senior individual contributor in the team you will be expected to work with minimal supervision and you will be expected to contribute with design and ideas. You will be expected to lead various small work team e.g. gap lead, application specialist (application lead), test lead, etc. As needed, you may be required to be a backup / assistant Subject Matter Expert (SME), to assist the Solution Architect and or Service Architect. In this assistant SME role, you will be expected to co-lead/lead discussions with the business and or technical team members, and provided needed solutioning and guidance.

• Excellent communication skills both in verbal and in written (English)
• 8-10 years of experience is preferred
