To our customer we are looking for a SAP Master Data Management consultant. The tasks will be to maintain master data, to provide master data expertize and to improve master data management ways of working. The scope is master data related to products, services, suppliers, customers, finance, and HR. 

Responsibilities: 
• Manage and monitor the Master Data Handling process 
• Provide guidance and collaborate with Master Data teams within the region to enable management of common data components 
• Govern and coordinate master data requirements within the Region to ensure accuracy of data by identifying and merging the common components 
• Ensure the integrity of the master databases in the countries 
• Organize data clean-up and validation efforts by reaching out to all business owners to ensure integrity of common master data across the systems 
• Investigate and resolve non-compliance/data integrity issues 
• Coordinate directly with the master data teams in the local operations to ensure the maximum use of the existing database 
• Utilize standard set of tools to effectively manage the change process 
• Participate in business reviews and design sessions to assist in the identification of additional master data process improvements 
• Develop and document business processes and workflow that govern the accurate application of Master Data changes 
• Manage the efforts to cleanse, organize and update master data on an on-going basis 
• Ensure that all departments work according to the integrated data management system policy, manual and procedures 

Required skills: 
• A Master Data Specialist with the ability to motivate people and to change behavior/old ways of working 
• Min 3 years of SAP Master Data and SAP process knowledge preferably from a manufacturing background 
• Strong analytical skills and detail oriented 
• Data analysis and database maintenance experience 
• Strong communication and organizational skills
