You will be based in Stockholm in a modern office setting in our multinational and diverse HQ
We are looking for a passionate Team Leader with experiences from SAP implementations and from leading a team of SAP professionals. The current team members, based in Sweden and Poland, are deeply involved in implementations of SAP in our European factories as well as the governance of the SAP Manufacturing solution within Electrolux. This position will offer an international environment in an industry that is undergoing exciting changes and innovation. The position is part of the IT organization in Electrolux Europe, within a team providing Manufacturing Solutions and related services to the factories. You will be involved in numerous key transformation- and digital projects with a high degree of autonomy.
We believe the person we are looking for is an experienced SAP team leader, ready to assume a high level of responsibility. You love new challenges and have a passion for developing a winning team. Your leadership style is based on personal presence, team member involvement, development and empowerment with a proven track record.
A typical day at work :
• Provide guidance, direction, and leadership to a team of SAP professionals that provide IT services in relation to the Electrolux manufacturing solution around SAP
• Driving the roadmaps for the team in relation to project portfolio, organization, applications/solutions and technology in line with the overall strategic plans.
• Developing a self-driving and empowered team characterized by strong collaboration, continuous development of its capabilities and a high level of autonomy.
• Coaching and motivating your team members
• Planning and following up of development plans
• Resource planning, often in collaboration with other teams/functions
• Recruitment, including sourcing of consultants, to right size the team over time
• Management of priorities, monitoring and reporting of team and individual achievements vs goals
• Participate in SAP manufacturing implementations and related governance forums
• Manage financial inputs (budgets), follow up and reporting
Qualifications:
• 3 -5 years experience in team leading positions, centered around SAP solutions, preferably in relation to manufacturing processes
• Experience in other SAP ECC modules or SAP APO is a plus
• Knowledge of MS Office Package (Power Point, Excel, Word) and MS Visio
• Proven ability in building good working relationships
• Good communication skills, verbally and in writing. Ability to communicate also with technical teams and developers
• Structured with good presentation skills to support decision making within the organization.
• Self-motivated and self-sufficient - able to drive activities and actions to achieve results
• Manufacturing operational experiences is a plus
• University degree, preferably in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering
