hela Sverige As Powersport sales crew you are responsible for developing and managing sales activities for CTEK Powersport consumer products. This means you will be focused on business development both from existing and new customers. You will be expected to visit customers and prospects regionally to develop working relationships. Market research, lead generation, campaign planning and execution, forecasting and reporting will be required. A close cooperation with Marketing department is crucial.
Main duties
• Develop existing business, extensive travel required
• Identification and preparation of sales opportunities
• Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing contracts, terms and conditions
• Manage the link between customer and the webshop incl setting up and managing accounts
• Analysing sales and preparing reports for Regional Sales Manager
• Meeting sales targets
• Driving marketing by attending trade shows, and other marketing events
• Making presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet customer and end user needs
• Planning pre-sales technical assistance and product education
• Responsible for Powersport sales budget
Responsibility and authority
• Responsible for identifying and developing new customers
• Management and development of existing customers
• Implementing regional sales campaigns, promotions and PR
• Reporting on activities, progress and plans - weekly summary
• Monthly report for Regional Sales Manager
• Forecasting sales
Experience required
• Minimum 3 year experience in a similar role
• "On the road sales"
• Good Powersport knowledge
• Preferably into motor sporting
Knowledge and skills required for this position
• Negotiation
• Technical and business awareness
• Initiative and "drive"
• Experience from the Powersport industry
• High school (Gymnasium)
• Fluent in English and Swedish is essential
Personal skills required
• Verbal and written communication
• Good presentation skills

• Flexibility ("can do" attitude)
• Time management
Other
• Full clean driving license
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout region (mainly Sweden). 100+ days travel
• Due to where we have our customers we think it is good if you live in Mälardalen, in the region around Eskilstuna, Västerås or Örebro.
