As a Sales Support Coordinator you will work in an international and challenging business environment characterized by strong customer focus, high pace and dynamic team as well as diversity.
Your main responsibilities will include:
• working on building a long term customer relationship, helping the customer with questions regarding inquiries
• jointly with Account Manager be responsible for the sales activities towards the customer dedicated to you.
• Actively participate in sales meetings and work with team members to achieve both sales and team goals
• You will have regular contact and communicate with internal stakeholders and business service centers worldwide.
• Interdisciplinary cooperation and a proactive approach on various problems and issues.
• To work continuously to improve processes, both on the customer and process level.
Who are we looking for
We are looking for someone who has working experience within the shipping industry and understands the processes of shipping well. If you have an education within logistics this is an advantage. You need to be able to speak and write fluently in English since a lot of the communication between coworkers and customers are in English and preferably knowledge in Swedish. As an experienced computer user and used to work in customer service, you will quickly get into your new duties.

Furthermore, you are a team player with good communication skills who likes to interact with other people. About the employment
The employment as Sales Support Coordinator will be as a consultant with immediate start. The employment will be within Adecco Sweden. To begin with the assignment is for 6 months with a good chance of prolongation.
