Work Description
The Role as a Sales Order Coordinator is to secure timely and accurate order management towards our customers, with the highest service level. This position is full-time, day-time and our clients office is located in Malmö.

• To handle the complete customer order process through our ERP-system Navision.
• Order processing, shipping and sales documentation.
• Invoice processing and credit note documentation.
• Coordination and tracking of shipments and completed sales.
• Generation of sales reports and backlog tracking.
• Communication with internal/external customers in the context of order & delivery management.
• Assist in the preparation of sales measurement tools to track and monitor progress of sales
• Report data for business review and accounting purposes.
• Provide excellent customer service to customers who call in and need assistance.
• Identify and drive improvements within the team, through process and routine documentation.

Qualifications
• Preferably 3-5 years Sales order management, demand planning.
• Preferably experience from a similar business including many product variants, embedded products in the electronics industry.
• Proficient skills in CRM-tool and ERP tool (preferably Navision).
• Excellent Swedish and English skills (written and verbal).
• Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point.
• You need to be focused on the details and also strive for high quality in what you do. There will be a lot of things that need your attention why an ability to focus while maintaining the total picture is good. A good ability to structure and organize your work is a must.
