Influencer and performance marketing is growing a lot. Companies are spending billions of dollars every year on cooperating with influencers on Instagram and other social media.
APPRL's new product helps retailers and brands continuously generate sales from our network of premium magazines and style influencers and at the same time help them optimise the ROI on their influencer marketing campaigns.
Now, we are looking for a driven and smart sales executive who want to increase our sales of this product.
Our Vision & Product
APPRL is a small company with a big vision: To connect the world's best content creators with the world's best online retailers and brands. We do this by allowing top style influencers and magazines, for example, Elle & Vogue, to earn money on the traffic they are generating from their sites and social platforms to brands and retailers like Net-a-porter, Gucci, Stella McCartney and many more. The product is loved by our users, probably due to an outstanding user experience, created through great design, high-performance tech & AI. We're a world-class team of 20 people in Stockholm and 4 in São Paolo, with prior experience from companies such as Spotify, Soundcloud, Bloglovin', Klarna and iZettle.
What have we accomplished so far?
• We have continuous high growth. Our revenue has been increasing by about 500% over the last two years.
• Our product is very easy to sell. On average, we close business on 75-80 % of our sales meetings.
• We are expanding. In the past 1.5 years, we have increased our team from 4 to 20 people and are currently rolling out our products in London.
What are your challenges?
The main FOCUS in this role is to sell. We're looking for a driven, likable, energetic and smart individual who loves sales and business development. Your challenges will be:
• Recruit the best local and international online retailers & brands
• Promote our campaign offering to retailers, brands and other advertisers
• Work closely with our great team of data scientists, developers and others to help make sure our offering towards retailers, brands, and advertisers is world class
The job contains everything from research, outreach, sales, business development meetings and will include some international travel.
Who are you?
We believe that:
• You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably towards media agencies.
• You have knowledge of social media and digital/influencer marketing and be interested in the developments within e-commerce and media.
• You are a self-starter, driven, smart and team player.
• You have a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude.
