For our business segment Automation, we are now looking for a highly skilled and pro-active technical Sales Manager. Location will be Sala or possibly Solna.
In this role, you will be an important link between our automation and minerals processing teams. You will be working closely together with Metso mining systems global sales team in Sala, although you will be part of the automation organization.
Largely you will:
• Propose automation solutions for Metso minerals processing systems deliveries.
• Prepare technical documents and quotations together with Metso minerals sales team.
• Travel and participate in sales meetings with customers.
• Drive the sales processes with help of technical expertise when needed.
• Guide and train internal and external users to Metso automation systems.
• Provide ongoing support for customers and local Metso teams.
To be successful in this role, you will have a technical university degree in electrical, process and/or control engineering. A good understanding of process automation and skills in PLC and DCS (Metso DNA or similar) are also essential. The role will require you to travel globally fairly frequently so this will have to be of interest and manageable for you.
It is also important that you are a team player with strong relationship building and communication skills. You are a self motivated and result-oriented person with a strong interest in sales and business development. You will have a good command of English, written and verbal.
