As a Sales Manager you will responsible for ensuring our revenue targets are achieved in your region. You will be managing a team of three Account Managers who will be servicing their local and national clients.

You will be based in Sweden and alongside your managerial duties you will be working with new and existing local clients. Plus, you will be the main point of contact for one of our major European accounts in the Scandinavian region.

This is a varied role requiring an adaptable and hardworking sales manager.

Your duties will include:
• motivating and coaching your team
• working with the internal marketing team to deliver promotional activity
• working with customers to deliver promotions and demonstrations
• delivering accurate sales forecasts
• strategic regional planning
• securing product listing in catalogues
• monitoring competitor actions
• monitoring service levels
• implementing tactical marketing plans

You will be an adaptable and experience sales manager who is comfortable coaching a team as well as achieving your own targets.

You will have a track record of personal achievement demonstrated through success in business-to-business sales and being degree qualified.

This position will involve regular communication with teams and clients across Europe so excellent Swedish and English communication skills (both verbal & written) are essential.

• You will be persuasive, success driven and have an aptitude for consumer marketing.
• Competent user of MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical capabilities
• Strong coaching and motivating skills

This position involves regular travel throughout the Scandinavian region and therefore a Full EU Driving Licence is essential.
