Area of responsibility:
Establish proactive communication and relationship with customer to promote confidence and trust
Create and maintain customer response mechanisms which in the event of issues arising complement local and/or single Product Line processes
Ensure APTIV maximizes its content per vehicle by supporting robust multi-product battle plans; Additionally, and as necessary through an objective data-driven process enables portfolio decision making (e.g. price and 'givebacks') within its Product Line
Ensure customer demands are managed through the appropriate APTIV processes such that all responses are made within and consistent with APTIV commercial policy
Create and drive deployment of strategic plans for the customer through the operation of customer team and interaction with all relevant APTIV functions. Regularly report on progress of strategic goals and act to correct deviation/shortfall
Identify business development opportunities
Organize and coordinate senior APTIV executives on customer visits as required
Accountable for customer profitability and revenue growth in the product line.
Required education or other training/alternative equal experience
3<5 yrs Years of Relevant Experience
Education Background: Bachelor's Degree
World-class experience in managing global sales teams through periods of high growth, have a strong focus on customer satisfaction and intimacy with a sense of urgency and bias for action
