Role Overview
The Sales Director will be member of the Swedish management team with full ownership and management of all Sales and Business Development (results and efforts) for Sweden.
Role Responsibility
Manage and lead the Swedish Business Development/Sales organization, leveraging cross synergies in accordance with client needs.
Strategically develop and drive the business development efforts.
Member of the Swedish management team with ownership and management of all business development programmes for Sweden.
Structure and develop the sales, stream line sales efforts and secure efficiency in work and sales efforts.
Client - and business development strategy.
Build influential relationships with the management team, contributing to all aspects of the business, interpreting client needs to business value.
To lead and participate in business change, balancing long term strategy with short term goals.
To be an active and contributing leader to the Swedish business development team.
Represent and being one of the spokes persons for Capgemini externally.
Personal Profile
Academic degree and several years of experience from leading business development and complex  IT services sales on a strategic level.
Solid experience from business development and sales management from a complex matrix and international environment within.
Proven delivery track record and commercial awareness.
People leadership experience; leader & leader of leaders.
Knows how to inspire and mobilize others.
Good at the sales profession.
Strong team-working, networking and influencing skills.
Authoritative, focused on execution, confident, strategic thinking self starter.
Ability to manage the matrix and work with some degree of ambiguity.
Fluent in Swedish and English.
Location
Stockholm, applications from anywhere in Europe will be considered.
The successful candidate must be very flexible and fully mobile.
