Sales controller
We are looking for a Sales controller with responsibility for key performance indicators, sales & market analysis and management reports. You will have a key role in coaching our subsidiaries in their territory planning and being system owner for our sales system.
Your tasks
• Management reporting and analysis of sales data and trends
• Provide local Managing directors with market and sales analysis
• Give recommendations on actions in order to increase sales
• Drive territory planning in cooperation with local country managers
• Defining key metrics, regular follow up and analysis
• Quality assurance of sales data and owner of internal sales tools
• Support to subsidiaries regarding sales data and tools
• Acting as coordinator of global customer accounts
The work will be performed in close cooperation with sales management at subsidiaries and the group management team. The position is based at our head office in Mölndal.
Your background
You should have a degree in business or finance and 3-5 years of experience from business development or sales controlling in an international role. Excellent communication skills in English, is a necessity. The right candidate is an analytical and consultative person who enjoys working with people from different cultures. Moreover you are a driven, independent and enterprising person with ability to perform both strategic and operational tasks.
