Älmhult is home to IKEA Range & Supply that has the responsibility to develop, design, produce and supply IKEA retail channels with home furnishing solutions available for the many people. Each year IKEA Range & Supply introduces around 2,000 new products around the world and the total range is almost 10,000. So what happens in Älmhult definitely doesn't stay in Älmhult. It reaches practically every corner of the globe.
As Sales Collaboration Specialist for Business Area Kitchen, Bath & Home appliances (BA KBA) you 'll act as a main speaking partner and lead the sales collaboration topics between the Home Furnishing Business (HFB) and IKEA retail markets, in order to achieve the agreed sales plan and the classification of a relevant IKEA offer. As part of your responsibility will be to lead the Sales planning collaboration, which including sales steering, alignment of activities, agreements on Price & Volume and follow-up on the Sales & Supply agreement. Furthermore you 'll lead the Range Dimensioning collaboration process in the HFB including set commercial classification based on the range portfolio.
Your main responsibilities will include:
To secure that the impact of commercial actions are quantified as a part of the sales planning collaboration.
To lead the collaboration between the HFB and retailers for Complementary range and market preference complementary NEWs.
To set the service level based on the aligned Sales plan.
To collaborate with retail related to deviations to the UTG plan.
