The logistics function at IKEA Kållered is now looking for fantastic employees, might this be you?
We are looking for you who are effective, initiative and purposeful. You have a lot of energy, are always close to laughter and feel best at a high work pace. You take responsibility for learning new things and have a willingness to constantly contribute to the continued development of both yourself and the department. You have good work discipline, are flexible and like to work in an ever-changing environment at a fast pace. You are both strong and persistent and don't mind getting sweaty at work!
Working hours vary and are located between 05:00-23:00, which assumes that you enjoy working both early mornings and late evenings and that you need to be able to get to and from IKEA Kållered these times, even when it is not possible to travel by public transport.
Fork lift is meritorious, but no requirement.

At IKEA Kållered's Logistics function, we are a good team working together, with the aim of making the day the best for both our customers and for each other. Together, we are responsible for safely and efficiently managing all our products from the time they come to us in trucks until they reach our customers.
Your main and most important task as an employee at Logistics is to provide the very best service to our customers. By ensuring that the goods end up in the right place on the shelves through replenishment of goods, through the picking of customer orders, but also in the direct customer meeting, you contribute to world-class service. You are expected to be able to think and act efficiently and safely to create a smooth flow of goods for us and for our customers. You also work preventively with safety and security, both for customers and colleagues.
The service places high demands on accuracy, responsibility and ability to change pace.
DETAILS
Our offer is a contract of 30.6h/w including 6 months probationary period, with the possibility to work extra in addition to this. Start date as soon as agreed. Working hours vary and are located both morning from 05:00 and evening to 23:00 and that we at IKEA always work every other weekend.
