Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team in Norway. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and representing the John Henric brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide personalized and attentive service to all customers, assisting them in finding the perfect products to meet their needs.
* Build strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
* Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive engagement with customers and effective product knowledge.
* Maintain a tidy and organized store environment, including merchandising and replenishing stock as needed.
* Stay informed about product features, benefits, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
* Actively participate in store initiatives and promotions to drive traffic and maximize sales opportunities.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and cohesive working environment.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
* Passion for fashion and a keen eye for style.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Fluency in English and Swedish/Norwegian is preferred.

The employment is part time, between 50-75% and the first store will open at the end of august.
