The Company
Autowatch Europe is a branch of PFK which is a leading electronics company focussed on the design and manufacture of innovative electronics solutions. Working closely with customers, PFK can take products from concept design to manufacture seamlessly, or build-to-print from major first-tier suppliers. PFK supplies products to manufacturers, the aftermarket, major fleet and freight companies, and the public transport sector. In South Africa, PFK products reach the market via a network of approved Fitment Centres, and by direct sales to large fleets. Purpose of Job
This position involves providing sales and marketing support to our existing customer base and developing and growing the business to existing and new customers in the area of Alcohol Interlock (AI) systems. The job involves new business development, submitting proposals and securing orders. The job requires travelling to local and national customer's where Autowatch- Alcohol Interlock (AI) opportunities are identified. Provide the branch MD with a weekly report of all the activities and including all the market intelligence of Alcohol Interlock (AI) market.

Main tasks of Job

• Grow the (AI) market in Sweden.
• Assist and advise branch MD on A technologies and trends specifically in the area of commercial and offender programs.
• Research and advise branch MD on National Standards and Approvals required for the (AI) businesses.
• Target specific market segments of the selected target markets in (AI).
• Assist in creating and maintaining of a Competitor Product Matrix for the range of (AI) products.
• Actively drive (AI) offerings (including GSM communicators, CANBus) into the local market.
• Assist Customers in defining their product requirements and formalize this into user specifications. Conduct market (AI) requirements and advise branch MD of required project.
• Present Autowatch-Interlock capabilities and product features to existing and new customers.
• Serve as the main interface into Autowatch-Sweden (voice of customer) in terms of sales forecasting, change in delivery schedules, product returns, quality issues etc and general customer liaison.
• Assist Marketing services in defining product brochures and promotional material.
• Advise on local institutions related to (AI)
• Serve as the main liaison to the Customers in the areas of Quality Assurance, Field Support and Finance.
• Investigate both national and statutory requirements for the (AI)

Minimum Qualifications

• Grade 12 or a Higher National Diploma
• Tertiary marketing or technical qualification (Electric/Electronic) highly advantageous

Minimum Qualifications and Experience Required:

• +/-5 years relevant experience in sales
• Must be able to travel
• Proven ability to interact with Senior personnel
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Highly customer orientated
• Solid business understanding
• Fluent in English, oral and written
• Driver's license
Degree of Supervision Received (how, how often, by whom):

Minimal by the Branch MD
