Your role
Saab Barracuda produces the absolutely best camouflage and deception products in the world. With more than 60 years' experience Saab Barracuda is a jewel in the Saab portfolio. With sensors and drowns becoming more and more available to everyone, the next big thing in modern warfare is not to be able to see the enemy but instead not to be seen by the enemy.
Do you want to be a part of a team that is about to change the world? If you are, we are now looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team at Saab Barracuda in Gamleby, Västervik. You will lead our Sales and Marketing team of about 12 people with the ambition to grow the team with 4-5 persons and be a part of the management team of Saab Barracuda.
This role is both challenging and holistic regarding the spectrum of strategic outlook, leadership, responsibilities, will work with colleagues within the business unit, the business area as well as internal and external partners and customers with the core objective to create effective teams.
The position includes both national and international travel.
Your profile
We put great emphasis on personal characteristics for the position, as well as securing a high performing, co-operative and teamworking Marketing & Sales team.
We are looking for a person with a few years of leadership experience. You are driven and ambitious and has the ability to see the big picture as well as wanting to lead teams. You are a great communicator that easily creates and maintains professional relationships and instills trust and commitment among those you meet in your everyday work regardless of cultural background.
You have excellent self-management skills and can handle many parallel tasks.
You encourage an open, trustful and innovative culture and work environment. It is also important that you can be a responsible member and act as a role model.
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
