Introduction:

The evolution of Ericsson's OSS portfolio for the digital era is underway. Service Providers are looking for process automation and service orchestration to drive operational efficiency and faster time to market for new services, as well as real-time access to actionable insights to improve performance, operational efficiency, and develop new revenue streams. OSS is a strategic area of business growth with an end-to-end portfolio spanning products, services and solutions for Network Management and Automation, Resource and Service Orchestration, and Customer Experience and Analytics.

Solution Area OSS Sales Readiness and Sales Support is a global presales support organization, focusing on providing techno-commercial solutions support for the OSS portfolio offerings to the Market Areas by engaging senior professionals in customer facing pre-sales roles. The team is accountable to define and drive go to market strategies, support building the techno-commercial solutioning and value proposition in presales engagements, secure and monetize the OSS installed base, support competence development activities and enable business growth for the OSS portfolio.

We are now looking for a OSS Sales Support partner for the Market Area. The position will report to the Head of SA OSS Sales Readiness & Sales Support and will be part of the SA OSS Sales Readiness and Sales Support Leadership team.

Key responsibilities:

Market Area direct interface for SA OSS Sales Engagements
Responsible for OSS Portfolio Sales and Offering introduction towards the MA.
Ensure funnel development and business growth through new business development and installed base monetization
Support MA on OSS portfolio positioning and engagements with customer key stakeholders (incl. C-Level)
Support MA to build OSS Portfolio competence readiness and new market introductions
Ambassador of Market requirements and demands towards SA
Support business decisions in relation to SA OSS portfolio

Qualification:

Minimum 5-10 years' experience in sales, business development and service delivery within the field of OSS in the Market Area.
Solid and proven techno-commercial skills and experience from the OSS domain including deep understanding of market trends and competition offerings.
Significant customer-facing experience, with a consultative approach leveraging deep understanding of customer business processes and pain points
Performance and Results oriented with strong business acumen
Excellent communication and presentation skills
High agility and ability to work in an uncertain, dynamic environment
Ability to form strong relationships and influence key internal and external stakeholders
Very good understanding of Ericsson's sales and commercial management processes, as well as Financial- and Delivery models.
Strong team player
Good English language skills oral and written.
Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
