This is the job....
We are looking for new employee to join our Roaming Control Team. Roaming department is a group functions supporting our Tele2 affiliates on roaming. Our team is a part of the International Voice, Roaming and A2P department.
As Roaming analyst & roaming reconciliation responsible you will work with operators all over the world with reconciliation of agreements. You will in your work be in contact with other departments such as finance internally with in Tele2.
As Roaming analyst & reconciliation responsible you will be responsible for:
• Creating calculations based on different agreement structures
• Working with operators exchanging figures on continues basis to ensure figures are matching
• Working operatively with Roaming managers to support them in their everyday work
• Creating business cases for new agreements and deals
• Analysing traffic patterns and customer behaviours of Tele2 Roaming customers
• Evaluating new systems and tools
• Structuring and streamlining work within Roaming
• Managing the daily work in the roaming function
• Managing and driving projects both internally and externally
• Understanding Tele2s network structure related to roaming
• Working with other department at Tele2 as network, finance and revenue assurance
This is what you have...
• University degree required, preferably in Business Administration & Economics or Engineering with interest for numbers
• Previous experience of controlling and financial responsibilities is preferred
• Knowledge of Telecom is plus
• Solid skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Access
• Excellent analytical skills
• Fluent English, both verbally and in writing. Knowledge of Swedish and other languages is meriting
• Analytical and structured mindset and approach to work
• High work capacity and ability to handle stress
• Team player
• Personal maturity and high degree of integrity
