hela Sverige In order to make sure that we continue to provide our growing fleet of Riders with the best support possible, we are now looking to further strengthen our Rider Support team with a part-time Rider Support (50%). The successful applicant will become part of our fast-growing Logistics team that takes care of our Rider fleet, brings applicants through the recruitment process and makes sure that we efficiently deliver food and other products to our customers. Together with your team you will prioritise tasks, solve problems for our Riders and take part in the continuous development of our Rider Support function.
WHAT YOU WILL (BUT NOT ONLY) DO
Support our Riders regarding questions about their work, schedule, contract, apps etc.
Guide our applicants through the recruitment process and provide them with information about their future job
Work together with the rest of the Rider Support team to come up with suggestions on how we can improve and provide our Riders with even better support
YOU ARE
A service-minded person that enjoys helping others
Able to prioritise and work efficiently in a structured way
A team-player that enjoys working towards common goals
Someone with a great attitude who identifies with foodora's values
WHAT YOU HAVE
Relevant work experience from similar positions or other service jobs
Experience from working as a Rider is a plus
Great communication skills in English and Swedish is a must
