Generator Stockholm is now looking for a Restaurant Manager with lots of personality to operate it's Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. As the Restaurant manager you will need to have a warm and outgoing personality, happiest talking with your guests and engaging with them on menu choices, pairing wines etc ensuring the experience remains personable, fun and engaging. This is a great role for a passionate Restaurant manager from either a hotel or high street chain looking for a fresh challenge. Help us to create an unforgettable experience. NUTS AND BOLTS OF THE JOB
• Drive and develop the team to ensure your service levels are delivered through training and leadership
• work closely with the head chef on the menu offering and daily/seasonal changes
• controlling costs and providing a high-quality experience to customers
• develop Hilma, Generator Stockholm's signature outlet, into a leading bar in the local market
• ensure high standards of food and service
• health and safety procedures
• ensure the efficient and profitable business performance of the restaurant and the optimal utilisation of staff and resources.
• Communicate effectively so that the team understands its goals and is motivated to achieve them
• To uphold company policies regarding Drugs and Alcohol at work, staff drinks and wastage
• To be fully aware of the company and personal responsibilities with regards to licensing legislation
• Know all statutory legislation and ensure H&S, Fire Safety and Food Hygiene compliance

WHAT'S IN YOUR DNA
• Proficiency in Swedish language is mandatory. Additionally, in English language is highly desirable
• To be able to lead and inspire people to be their best

• Be organised, hardworking and have an excellent appearance with a strong focus on guest requirements
• Always keep cool under pressure
• Show commerciality with a strong passion for driving revenue
• Understand stock-control and keep costs to a minimum
• Like getting your hands dirty, wherever, whenever, because you will
• Available to work when needed
• You must be eligible to work in the EU to be considered for this role
YOUR ROCK STAR EXPERIENCE
• A passion for trending local Food and Drink concepts
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Strong people management skills and experience with managing a team
• Excellent food and menu engineering knowledge
